Renewbuy is one of the fastest-growing online aggregators in India. A purely digital insurance distribution business, it has become one of the largest InsureTech players with a differentiated approach from incumbent players – both traditional insurance companies and new-age digital players. They offer a simple, transparent, and smooth process with a proprietary technology that searches and scans hundreds of policy types and prices from the best companies.

We had to assemble a team of developers at the client's location for a critical project the company was underaking. It was tough to get on-site resources given COVID related lockdowns & restrictions. The requirement was for different profiles/skills for a period of 6-12 months. With the help of our partner network, we were able to quickly provide resources to work for them in their office. Apart from the resources, we also helped client conduct technical interviews for the candidates through our 'Interview as a Service' model.

The project was completed under our 'Managed Services' model with the participation of a number of agencies. Our team coordinated with multiple partner agencies from different locations who provided the resources. The client team led by senior industry professionals worked completely in sync with our team to put together the team & get the project off the ground. Faced with the necessity to assemble a team of developers on-site for a duration of 6-12 months, Benchkart leveraged its extensive partner network to promptly fulfill the client's resource requirements. The 'Interview as a Service' model facilitated seamless technical evaluations, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. The project was completed under Benchkart's 'Managed Services' model, orchestrating collaboration among various agencies. The client, Renewbuy, a prominent player in the InsureTech sector, benefited from the synchronized efforts of the client's senior industry professionals and Benchkart's team, overcoming challenges and swiftly putting together a capable team.

The key highlight of the project was the collaboration between the client, Benchkart and our ecosystem of partners. This ensured that we were able to tackle all the roadblocks & get the team in place fast.
