What Benchkart did for the client

We had to assemble a team of developers at the client's location for a critical project the company was underaking. It was tough to get on-site resources given COVID related lockdowns & restrictions. The requirement was for different profiles/skills for a period of 6-12 months. With the help of our partner network, we were able to quickly provide resources to work for them in their office. Apart from the resources, we also helped client conduct technical interviews for the candidates through our 'Interview as a Service' model.

About the agency

The project was completed under our 'Managed Services' model with the participation of a number of agencies. Our team coordinated with multiple partner agencies from different locations who provided the resources. The client team led by senior industry professionals worked completely in sync with our team to put together the team & get the project off the ground.
