    Customers are responsible for adhering to any agreements, contracts, or terms of service established with service providers through our platform. This includes honoring payment terms, project milestones, and deadlines as mutually agreed upon.

  • 4. Communication and Collaboration

    Effective communication is essential for successful project outcomes. Customers are encouraged to maintain open lines of communication with service providers, providing timely responses to inquiries, clarifications, and feedback.

Agency Responsibilities

  • 1. Professionalism and Integrity

    Agencies are expected to conduct their business affairs with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times. This includes providing accurate information about their services, capabilities, and past experiences to clients and partners.

  • 2. Compliance with Policies and Regulations

    Agencies must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to our Terms of Service, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, and Data Protection regulations. Agencies are responsible for ensuring that their actions and practices align with these requirements.

  • 3. Quality of Services

    Agencies are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed the expectations of clients. This includes adhering to industry best practices, delivering projects on time and within budget, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

  • 4. Transparency and Communication

    Effective communication is essential for successful project outcomes. Agencies are encouraged to maintain open and transparent communication with clients and partners, providing regular updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

  • 1. Harassment and Discrimination

    We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior in the workplace. This includes but is not limited to harassment based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Employees must treat all colleagues with respect and dignity, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone.

  • 2. Bribery and Corruption

    All stakeholders, including customers, agencies, and employees, must refrain from engaging in any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical behavior when interacting with each other, with our platform or with any government officials and/or policy makers. This includes offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting bribes, kickbacks or gifts, whether directly or indirectly.

  • 3. Misrepresentation

    Customers, agencies, and employees must not misrepresent their intentions, capabilities, or past experiences to gain unfair advantage or deceive others. Providing false or misleading information can damage trust and credibility and may result in termination of partnership or employment.

  • 4. Non-Compliance

    All stakeholders are responsible for adhering to the policies, regulations, and guidelines outlined in this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with these standards may result in disciplinary action, termination of partnership or employment, and legal consequences as appropriate.

Compliance and Enforcement

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in various actions, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Suspension or termination of partnership or employment
  • Removal of access to our platform and services
  • Legal action or pursuit of remedies for damages incurred
